Our CNC machine
Our Biesse Rover A Smart is a 5 Axis Pod & Rail CNC machine. It has a 360° continuous rotation on the vertical and horizontal axis, enabling the machining of complex shaped pieces. It can accept pieces up to 245mm thick, and has the capacity to load panels with a depth of 1900mm. With the added benefit of a 16 place tool revolver on the X carriage, tools and aggregates are always readily available, allowing it to manage surfacing, profiling, engraving and pocketing.
Materials
Materials are expensive so you’ll be pleased to know that our machine uses every inch of material to its full potential, minimising your production costs. The majority of our customers come to us for MDF and plywood machining but it is capable of machining non wood materials too.
